- Everyone sees that a gift is taken, which is what prevents duplicates. The name of the person who reserved it is only shown if they chose to reveal themselves when reserving.
- How do I add an item from an online shop?
- Paste the product page address: Kankwa retrieves the title, price and image whenever the shop publishes them. You can then correct that information or add a note.
- Can several people chip in on one gift?
- Yes. An item can be switched to a group contribution: several people put in towards the same gift and progress is visible on the list. The money is settled directly between you, as Kankwa never handles payments.
- Is the list public on the internet?
- No. It is reached through a secret link that only you decide to circulate, and it is not indexed by search engines. Without that link, nobody can find it.
